Indochina Starfish Foundation is a registered UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children and communities across Indochina and Southeast Asia.


Based in Plymouth, we fund and deliver life‑changing programmes including education support, healthcare access, child welfare, community development, and poverty relief across the region.
